| Marine Damian Davies was one of three marines who died, age 27, as a result of an explosion south of Sangin, Afghanistan, in December 2008. He was serving with the Landing Force Support Party, Commando Logistics Regiment. |

| Dave was Captain of the Company from 1992-2004 when ill health prevented him from continuing. He died, age 59, after bravely bearing his illness for more than four years. |

| Frank started the 21st Wolverhampton Company at New Invention Methodist Church and was latterly Captain of 1st Cannock. It was Frank who did all the scale drawings of the BB Garden to present to the Arboretum authorities. He died, age 69, whist on holiday with his family in New Zealand. |
